Transaction Processing Associates / Data Analyst (Non-voice/Back office):

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end transaction processing
- Handles issue resolution to ensure department and customer needs are met
- Assists with special project as needed

Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old Grade 12 Graduate and above
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Work Locations: Cubao, Eastwood, BGC,
