  We’re a team of savvy Technical Support Representatives (TSR | CSR) working on an ever-growing project in Angeles City.
  
  The job requires customer service, email support, text chat support, and data entry work - you’ll be troubleshooting questions and replying directly to the customer. The current campaign involves non-voice technical support for VPN services, customer retention, and pre-sales inquiries.

  COMPENSATION
  

  • Pay range from Php 37,000 compensation 
  • Quarterly Bonus, Christmas Bonus, and HMO benefit package on day 1

  LOCATION
  
  • The workplace is at Entec2, above Newpoint Mall, Angeles City (less than 25 mins from Clark )
  • We provide night transport service

  
  RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver service to end-users via chat support and email support
  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries and requests
  • Evaluate and analyze the issues faced by the customer and provide troubleshooting steps

  
  REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent English writing abilities. Proven skills in strong written communication.
  • Computer and Internet savvy
  • Previous experience in technical support is a PLUS
  • Residing within a short commute of Angeles City or Clark
  • Male or female
  • Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail
  • Net typing speed of 40 words per minute or greater with at least 90% accuracy
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 2 years of service
  • Must not be currently enrolled in school
  • You must be able to work on a shifting schedule with five total shifts per week (may include nights or weekends)
